Assessments are a flat fee.
Counselling and consultation services are billed by the hour.
Fees for services are in line with what the Ontario Psychological Association recommends.

Assessments
Autism Assessment - $3200
For parents, guardians, and/or educators who are wondering if their child may be Autistic.
Includes intake interview, Autism specific assessments, cognitive assessment, academic assessment (optional), parent and teacher questionnaires and consultation, home or external observation (optional, but highly recommended), file review, feedback session with parents, written report of results and recommendations for treatment and program planning.
Psycho-Educational Assessment - $2700
For parents, guardians, and/or educators concerned about a child’s cognitive, academic, and social, emotional, and behavioural functioning. This type of assessment looks into the strengths and needs of children with known or suspected learning disorders, intellectual disability, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other school problems and diagnoses. It also includes recommendations for educational programming.
Includes intake interview, cognitive and academic assessments, parent and teacher questionnaires and consultation, external observation (optional), file review, feedback session with parents, written report of results and recommendations for treatment and program planning.
Social, Emotional, Behavioural (Mental Health) Assessment - $2000
For parents, guardians, and/or educators concerned about the social, emotional, and behavioural functioning of a child. This type of assessment does not include cognitive and academic testing. If cognitive and academic testing are desired, the assessment then falls under psycho-educational (see above for price and description). This type of assessment looks into the strengths and needs of children who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and behavioural difficulties (e.g., ADHD, oppositional behaviour, etc.).
Includes intake interview, parent and teacher (optional, but recommended), and self (if age appropriate) questionnaires and consultation, in-office appointment(s) with your child, file review, feedback session with parents, and written report of results and recommendations for treatment.
Autism Identification Clinic - $1500.00
This identification process offers parents a condensed, but still thorough, lower-cost option for children (roughly age 2-6) with many Autistic traits who are not yet identified. It Includes:
An Intake Interview with parents, questionnaires completed by parents, an assessment and clinical observations of your child in clinic, identification conclusions and recommendations, an identification letter, if applicable, a printed copy of a report and recommendations. It also includes the option to attend one parent group to have further questions answered about your child or funding applications.
Counselling + Consultation
Counselling and consultation sessions (virtual or in person) are charged by the hour at $200.
